We only collect personal information that we need to provide our services and run our business. This may include:

• your name, phone number, email address and suburb or property address;
• details about your property, the pest problem and your preferred booking times;
• photos you send us, for example through our free pest identification form;
• service history, treatment reports, invoices and payment records;
• for business and strata clients, the names and contact details of managers and site contacts; and
• information about how you use our website (see section 4).

We do not collect or store credit card details through this website. Payments are made by direct bank transfer, card or cash, and card details are not kept on file by us.

2. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you fill in a form on our website, call, text or email us, message us on social media, or speak with us at your property. If a property manager, real estate agent or strata manager books a service on your behalf, we may receive your details from them.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotes;
• book, carry out and follow up pest management services;
• provide treatment reports, invoices and warranty support;
• send service reminders, which you can opt out of at any time;
• meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements for pesticide use in NSW and work health and safety laws; and
• understand how our website is used so we can improve it and measure our advertising.

4. Website analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, whether a phone number link is tapped or an enquiry form is sent. We also use this information to measure the results of our Google Ads advertising. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. It does not tell us your name. For more detail, see our Cookies Policy.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it where needed to run our business, for example with:

• our website provider (Webflow), which hosts this site and receives form submissions;
• Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement;
• our email provider (Microsoft 365) and our accounting software (Xero), which we use for quotes, invoices and payments;
• a property manager, real estate agent or strata manager, where they arranged the service or need the report; and
• government authorities or regulators where required by law.

Some of these providers store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled securely.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using password-protected accounts and secure cloud services. We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and then securely delete or de-identify it.

7. Marketing

We may occasionally contact you about service reminders or special offers. Every marketing message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting us.

8. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
